Each week will have:
Two half days (three meals with your portions divided in half)
Two liquid days (one regular solid meal and liquids through the rest of the day)
Two normal days (without overeating)
One fast day (water for 24 hrs.)
Week Example:
Sunday- Half day
Monday- Liquid day
Tuesday- Normal Day
Wednesday- Fast Day
Thursday- Normal Day
Friday-Half Day
Saturday- Liquids
Sunday- Half Day
REPEAT the above cycle for the next 8 weeks.
This is NOT a diet! It is simple an 8 week discipline to create or return to an eating schedule that honors the physical body as the temple of the Living God.
